Supporting communication, language, speech and swallowing for children and adults across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private clients.

Two ways to join us
Employee: stability and structured support. New grads start on $85,000 + super with a graduate program, supervision and a first-year mentor. Experienced clinicians earn $110,000 to $120,000+ + super.
Contractor: flexibility and clinical autonomy. $110 to $160 per billable hour, you choose your schedule, and we provide the referrals, admin and systems. No micromanagement, no unrealistic KPIs.
You can start as an employee and move to contracting later.
